We began our research by exploring projects that challenged traditional thinking and the project that was mentioned and won awards in well-known competitions.
The areas we focused on were physical accessibility, health support, and stationery products because we strongly believe that each of these areas has immense potential to make a real-life impact and foster creativity. However, when we stepped back and looked at our brainstorming board, we started to think about how we stand out from others since this project was for a startup competition.
We reflected on the project we use daily without much thought and noticed how rapidly advancing technology is breaking conventions. We used to type down everything just to copy the text from the physical paper. However, people nowadays just need a phone to scan the document and copy the text. It changes the way people normally do, which is amazing technology. Then we looked around the projects around us, and we saw a printer next to us.
